1 Acceptance of Terms

2 Eligibility

You must meet all of the following criteria to use our services:

• You must be at least 18 years of age
• You must be legally permitted to engage companion services in the jurisdiction where the service takes place
• You must not be currently banned or restricted from Cachet Ladies services
• You must provide truthful and accurate information when making a booking or inquiry

We reserve the right to request identification to verify age and identity at any time. Misrepresentation of age or identity is grounds for immediate service termination and a permanent ban.

3 Client Code of Conduct

All clients of Cachet Ladies are expected to conduct themselves with the utmost professionalism, respect, and courtesy. Our companions are people deserving of dignity, and your behaviour reflects on the experience for everyone.

Clients must:

• Treat all companions with respect and courtesy at all times — before, during, and after a booking
• Communicate clearly and honestly about preferences, expectations, and any special requests when booking
• Be punctual — arrive on time or be ready at the agreed-upon time and location
• Maintain proper personal hygiene — shower and groom before every meeting
• Respect all boundaries — accept a companion's decisions without question or pressure
• Ensure a safe, clean environment — the accommodation must meet the standards outlined in Section 6

Clients must never:

• Use aggressive, threatening, or intimidating language or behaviour — verbal or physical
• Make lewd, vulgar, or sexually explicit comments during phone calls, texts, emails, or live chat with our concierge team
• Engage in any form of harassment, stalking, or unwanted contact outside of booked appointments
• Attempt to photograph, record, or film a companion without their explicit written consent
• Consume excessive alcohol or illegal substances before or during a booking
• Pressure, coerce, or attempt to negotiate boundaries that a companion has declined
• Share or publish any details about a companion's real identity, personal life, or private information
• Attempt to contact a companion directly outside of the agency's official channels

4 Model Safety & Autonomy

Every Cachet Ladies companion has full autonomy over their body, their boundaries, and their decisions at all times. This is absolute and non-negotiable.

• Full autonomy: Companions choose which bookings to accept and which to decline. A companion may end a booking at any time if they feel unsafe, uncomfortable, or disrespected
• No coercion: A client must never attempt to make a companion do anything they do not want to do. Any pressure, persuasion, or manipulation is strictly prohibited
• Safety check-ins: Our team maintains regular check-ins with companions during bookings. Companions carry a direct line to our security team at all times
• Immediate extraction: If a companion reports feeling unsafe, our team will immediately arrange their safe departure. The client will bear all costs and face a permanent ban
• No retaliation: Any attempt to retaliate against a companion who has ended a booking, reported a concern, or declined a request will be met with a lifetime ban and, where appropriate, law enforcement involvement

5 "No Means No" Policy

This policy applies to every interaction, including but not limited to:

• Any physical act or request that the companion declines
• Requests to extend a booking beyond the agreed-upon time
• Requests to change the agreed-upon location
• Any attempt to remove or alter safety measures
• Requests for personal contact information
• Any suggestion to circumvent the agency

A companion does not need to provide a reason for saying no. Their decision is final. Respect it completely and without question.

6 Acceptable Accommodations

The meeting location is a critical part of a safe and enjoyable experience. All bookings must take place at locations that meet the following standards:

• Hotels — 3 stars or above: Reputable, well-known hotel chains or boutique hotels. The room must be booked under the client's name and confirmed before the companion's arrival
• Licensed short-term rentals: Airbnb or similar platforms are acceptable provided the property is clean, safe, in a reputable neighbourhood, and has a verifiable listing
• Private residences: Must be clean, safe, well-maintained, and free of other occupants (unless arranged in advance). The client must be the sole person present unless a couples booking has been arranged

The following locations are not acceptable:

• Motels or accommodations rated below 3 stars
• Vehicles, parking lots, or outdoor locations
• Any location that appears unsafe, unsanitary, or suspicious upon arrival
• Shared accommodations (hostels, dormitories) or occupied rooms with uninvited third parties

Cachet Ladies reserves the right to decline or terminate any booking where the accommodation does not meet our standards. If a companion arrives and the accommodation is unacceptable, the booking will be cancelled and the client will be charged in full.

7 Zero-Tolerance Ban Policy

The following behaviours will result in an immediate, permanent, lifetime ban from all Cachet Ladies services:

• Any form of physical aggression, violence, or threatening behaviour toward a companion or staff member
• Any form of sexual assault or non-consensual contact
• Ignoring a companion's "no" or attempting to pressure, coerce, or manipulate them into changing a boundary
• Lewd, vulgar, or sexually explicit behaviour during interactions with concierge staff (phone, text, email, or chat)
• Inappropriate, degrading, or disrespectful language or behaviour toward any companion
• Recording, photographing, or filming a companion without their explicit written consent
• Stalking, harassment, or unwanted contact with a companion outside of booked appointments
• Providing a dangerous, unsanitary, or unacceptable accommodation
• Excessive intoxication (alcohol or substances) that compromises safety
• Attempting to circumvent the agency by soliciting direct bookings with a companion
• Sharing a companion's real identity, personal information, or private details publicly or with third parties
• Fraud, non-payment, or providing false information

Banned individuals may also be reported to partner agencies and industry safety networks such as the Escort Safety Council of Ontario to protect companions across the region. Where criminal behaviour is suspected, reports will be made to law enforcement.

8 Booking & Cancellation

All bookings are made through Cachet Ladies' official channels: by phone at (416) 410-5239, via our online reservation form, or through our contact page.

Cancellation Policy:

• 2+ hours notice: No cancellation fee
• Under 2 hours notice: A $150 administrative fee applies
• No-show (no notice): Full booking amount charged; account may be restricted or banned
• Repeat cancellations: Clients who cancel three or more times may be required to pre-pay future bookings or may be declined service

Cachet Ladies reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a booking at any time for safety, operational, or companion well-being reasons. In such cases, clients will be offered a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.

9 Payment Terms

Payment is due at the beginning of each booking. View our complete service rates for current pricing.

Accepted payment methods:

• Cash (Canadian Dollars or US Dollars at the posted exchange rate)
• Interac e-Transfer from a Canadian bank account
• International e-Transfer
• VIP account pre-payment
• Cryptocurrency (for VIP accounts only)

All rates are as published on our Rates page and are non-negotiable. Attempting to negotiate rates with a companion directly is considered disrespectful and may result in termination of the booking.

10 Mutual Confidentiality

Cachet Ladies is committed to complete discretion. We will never disclose your identity, booking history, or personal details to any third party (except as required by law). In return, clients must:

• Never disclose a companion's real name, personal details, or private information
• Never post identifiable reviews, photos, or descriptions that could reveal a companion's identity
• Never discuss specific details of a booking on public forums, social media, or review sites

11 Limitation of Liability

Cachet Ladies acts as an introductory agency connecting clients with independent companions. We are not responsible for the specific outcomes or experiences of any individual booking beyond the scope of these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cachet Ladies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our services.

Our total liability to any client in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking in question.

12 Website Usage

When using Toronto-Escorts.com, you agree to:

• Not attempt to access restricted areas or admin pages without authorization
• Not scrape, crawl, or extract data from the website for commercial purposes
• Not upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content
• Not use the website to harass, impersonate, or defame any individual
